Meet Our Founder - Kim Toonders

I’m passionate about creating a space where movement, community, and well-being come together. With over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry, a full studio certification in Pilates, and a background as an RMT, I bring a deep understanding of body mechanics and movement to everything I do. This foundation allows me to help people move better, feel stronger, and find balance in their bodies.
My journey with Pilates began when I was searching for a way to reconnect with my own body after experiencing burnout and injuries. Pilates not only reignited my love for fitness, but it also became a powerful tool for supporting both my mental and physical health. The incredible balance that Reformer Pilates offers—combining strength, flexibility, and mindfulness—deepened my passion for helping others discover how transformative movement can be.
I’ve seen firsthand how small, intentional changes can create life-changing results. Whether someone is starting fresh, recovering from an injury, or looking to elevate their fitness routine, my goal is to guide them toward feeling empowered and confident in their bodies.
I’m incredibly grateful to see our growing community thrive. It’s a privilege to share this journey with so many inspiring individuals, and I’m honored to witness the transformations that happen when people find joy and empowerment through Pilates.
