But that’s just the beginning! After completing your Fundamentals Class, you’ll step into our “6 Classes to Confidence” program—a series of six beginner-friendly sessions designed to help you fall in love with Pilates.
With each class, you’ll build strength, develop your skills, and gain the confidence to create safe and effective workouts you’ll truly enjoy.
Our Fundamentals Class runs every Saturday at 11:00 AM.
