Fundamentals

Our Fundamentals class is the perfect starting point for anyone new to reformer Pilates or looking to enhance their technique.

This class will teach you how to properly use the machine, along with the principles of movement and breath.

Introducing both classical and contemporary movements, this class ensures you build a strong and safe foundation for your practice.


Beginner Open Flow

This class is the perfect next step after Fundamentals, designed to help you build confidence, strength, and skill on the reformer.

Whether you're new to reformer Pilates, coming back after an injury, or simply looking for a slightly slower-paced and accessible workout, this class is for you. We focus on mastering foundational movements, refining your technique, and gradually introducing new exercises to build your strength and control.

Open Flow

Open Flow is a fun and energizing full-body workout designed to tone, lengthen, and balance your body.

Suitable for everyone, this class focuses on deep core engagement as the foundation for strength and control.

Build & Burn

Build & Burn is our strength training class, incorporating heavier weights and springs with challenging exercises both on and off the reformer.

Suitable for intermediate to advanced participants, our instructors provide various options to modify the intensity level, ensuring the perfect challenge just for you.


Cardio Sculpt

Cardio Sculpt is a spicy session that combines the power of a jump board with HIIT principles to boost your heart rate and push your limits.

Lengthen & Tone

Lengthen & Tone offers the best of both worlds, combining our Open Flow full-body workout with yoga-inspired flexibility on both the reformer and the mat.

This class is suitable for everyone!

The first half focuses on building strength, primarily through deep core engagement and glute work. The second half is restorative, enhancing both body and mind through flexibility, mobility, and breathwork.


Active Aging

Active Aging is specifically designed for our 60+ community who prefer a slower-paced class.

This low-impact session is gentle on the joints, incorporating mindful movements to improve strength, stability, mobility, and coordination in a safe and supportive environment.
