WAIVER

Redefine Reformer Pilates requires all Members to sign the WAIVER before participating in any services. The WAIVER may be subject to change without notice, and the updated version will require a new signature. This is standard practice and non-negotiable. A copy of the agreement is provided below and kept in the Member Portal.

Terms & Conditions

Definitions:

Redefine Reformer Pilates PTY LTD also referred to as the ‘The Studio’ - ‘You' referred to as the ‘The Member’.

Cancellation Policy:

All sessions and classes are Instructor-led and can vary in session time. Sessions and packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.

A cancellation notice must be received via the booking software at least 4 hours before the scheduled class. If notice of cancellation is received less than 6 hours before a class, The Member agrees to pay a $5 Late Cancel Fee.

No Show Policy:

If a Member on an Unlimited, 2x Classes, 3x Classes Per Week Membership or Class Packs fails to cancel the scheduled class and is a No Show, the Member agrees to pay a $10 No Show Fee

Wait List Policy: 

Members may choose to join a waitlist for any fully booked class. When you join a waitlist, you are committing to attend the class, should a spot become available.  You may be automatically added to a class up to 2 hours before the start time. If the Member decides not to attend, they must remove themselves from the waitlist. Failure to remove yourself from the waitlist may result in a Late Cancellation or a No-Show fee if you are added to the class within the 4-hour cancelation window.

Membership: 

Members on a 2x per week or 3x per week will have the fortnight to attend their 4 and 6 classes respectfully. Any unused classes within the fortnight will roll over to the next fortnight, and expire after one month if not used.

By enrolling in a Redefine Reformer Pilates Membership, you, the Member, agree to pay the specified membership fee as detailed in the Membership description, including the amount and duration of payments for a minimum 12-week membership term. Payment will be processed according to the selected payment plan through the Wellness Living Software. New members are entitled to a 48-hour cooling-off period. You can change your mind about joining Redefine Reformer Pilates during this time.

Memberships may be placed on hold for a maximum of 3 months within the year, with a minimum hold period of two weeks. Membership payments will be prorated based on the start and end dates of the hold. Hold fees are subject to change. 

All hold requests must be submitted via email (hello@redefinereformer.com.au) at least seven (7) days prior to billing. Extended holds require a doctor's note. 

 

Member Agreement to Pay Recurring Fees: 

The Member agrees to pay Redefine Reformer Pilates PTY LTD the fortnightly recurring fees, as stated above, via Member authorized bank account or credit card. Alternatively, the Member may purchase an Annual Membership and prepay the full amount, in advance, with the Member’s credit or debit card.   

(a) I agree to pay $0.55 Transaction Fee on all Direct Debit and transactions. A 1.5% Fee will also be applied for Direct Debits and transactions using a Visa or Mastercard and a 4% Fee will be applied for using a Amex or Diners Card.

(b) I agree to purchase the Membership, detailed above, as an automatic charge, to my credit or debit card each fortnight until the contract is executed for the full duration (b) I hereby certify that I am the holder of the credit card. (c) I understand that I will be notified if my credit card payment fails to be authorized for any reason, and that a $4.40 reject payment fee will be charged automatically to my account. Additionally, a $10 late fee will apply if I do not provide a valid credit card within five (5) calendar days of the original rejection date. (d) I understand that the ability to book or attend classes will be immediately deactivated if my payment fails. 

 

Redefine Reformer Pilates Studio Rules:

  1. The Studio's hours of operation vary based on instructor availability, holidays, and particular event schedules. All sessions and classes are by Bookings only.

  2. Membership payments are due based on the signup date. Two weeks' notice must be given before cancelation of membership.

  3. Access to booking classes will be deactivated immediately upon failure of payment.

  4. Use of the Studio is restricted to members in good standing.

  5. Equipment must be used properly. Misuse may cause harm, and members are responsible for any damages caused.

  6. Secure personal belongings. The Studio is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  7. Proper attire, including grip socks, is required.

  8. Filming requires consent from Redefine Reformer Pilates. Cell phones should be placed on vibrate and stored with personal items.

  9. Booking limitations apply to different membership types. All current packages and memberships include a maximum of two classes per day.

  10. Clean up after yourself and return the equipment to its proper place.

  11. Drugs, alcohol, and tobacco products are prohibited.

  12. Members must familiarize themselves with safety procedures.

  13. Report any issues to staff immediately.

  14. All retail sales are final. No refunds or exchange.

  15. The Studio reserves the right to adjust rules as necessary.

I agree to comply with all rules imposed by Redefine Reformer Pilates PTY LTD regarding the use of facilities and equipment. I have read the foregoing rules of the Studio and voluntarily executed this document with full knowledge of its content.
